What happens to what you type in the PLRM portal
When you use the Documentation Assistant or Check My Note, your shorthand and any form sections you add are sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, to write the draft, and the draft comes straight back to you. We send those requests with storage turned off, and OpenAI doesn’t use API data to train its models by default. OpenAI may keep a request for a limited time for abuse monitoring under its own policy.
Perception of Life doesn’t save your note text on its servers. The portal keeps only a usage record (which tool, when, and how large the request was) for billing and reliability. Your draft in progress is saved in your own browser on your device so you don’t lose work, and you can clear it at any time. Groups you build are saved to your account so you can reuse them.
Keep client identifiers out
PLRM isn’t covered by a HIPAA business associate agreement. Don’t enter client names, dates of birth, record numbers, addresses, phone numbers or anything else that identifies a person. Use roles instead (client, mom, sponsor) and review every draft before it goes into your record.
The website contact form
The contact form collects the contact, organization, role, needs, timing and consent details you choose to provide, plus the campaign parameters and referring page when present. It’s used to respond to your request and to understand whether outreach is reaching the right people. If you separately choose the optional consent for future offers, Perception of Life may also contact you about relevant tools or services. It isn’t sold as a lead list. Records are stored in the website’s database and only Junior can review them. Don’t include client information in the form.
Retention and removal
Website inquiry records are retained indefinitely so Perception of Life can preserve business history, evaluate long term interest, and identify relevant future opportunities when optional consent was provided. You may request correction, removal, or an end to contact about future offers at any time by emailing junior@perception-of-life.com.
First-party website analytics and campaign tracking
Perception of Life measures public website page views, landing pages, video impressions, video starts and viewing milestones, primary link clicks, form starts, and successful inquiry submissions. This first-party measurement also preserves campaign parameters, a limited referrer host and path, the related video or placement, a device-size category, and a random session identifier that ends with the browser session.
The analytics event system doesn’t collect names, email addresses, organizations, inquiry narratives, client information, protected health information, complete IP addresses, or full browser fingerprints. It doesn’t use advertising pixels, build cross-site profiles, sell behavioral data, or track activity inside the protected PLRM portal. Measurement stops when a visitor follows the public portal sign-in link.
Raw analytics events are retained for 13 months and are then removed or converted into monthly totals without session identifiers. Anonymous campaign and conversion totals may be retained to understand long-term business trends.
PLRM accounts and subscription records
When you create a PLRM account or subscribe, the protected portal stores the account email, an internal user identifier, accepted policy versions, professional use and safety attestations, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, paid-through date, cancellation state, grace state, and access-history records needed to operate and secure the service.
Stripe receives the name, email, billing address, tax information, and payment details necessary to process the subscription. Perception of Life doesn’t store complete card numbers, card security codes, or complete payment credentials. Changing a billing email in Stripe doesn’t change the identity used to sign in to PLRM.
Billing, account, and clinical data stay out of public analytics
The public analytics system doesn’t receive PLRM login identities, account email addresses, Stripe identifiers, billing status, payment information, authenticated portal activity, clinical narratives, portal content, or protected health information.
PLRM and clinical judgment
PLRM supports preparation and structured drafting. It doesn’t replace clinician review, clinical judgment, supervision, emergency procedures, or the specific legal and regulatory responsibilities of an organization.
